Redesigned. ;D The cape from his previous design seemed so unnecessary, but I didn't completely want to get rid of it, so now he has a manly half-skirt! 8D and I signed this one! o3o Just as 'Otu' Otulissa is too long. XD Koffing belongs to me. Other than the name, the name Koffing belong to Pokemon. The character though is mine. o3o;; It's actually really confusing that he's named Koffing. But I wouldn't dare change his name for character purposes, he wouldn't be the same character anymore. D8 Also I'm going to try to do something like this for all my Neopets/characters. >.> 2 done, 14ish to go? maybe? o3o; |
